2020 has been a challenging year. Client/realtor relationships were harder to forge than ever, let alone showing properties and expanding networks. With these challenges in mind, it’s important to recognize the triumphs that also occurred.
Global clients were met with unparalleled service and expertise. Working alongside Douglas Elliman international partners, I brought my expertise and knowledge to the forefront of the global marketplace, assisting and catering to the needs of prestigious international clients. I took them on a journey to not only find a new place to live, but to also find their home. Canadian relations blossomed this year as well. I began speaking on podcasts and panels regarding Canadian clients relocating to South Florida, setting myself up to provide services to the next wave of migration.
While COVID-19 made networking and marketing a challenge compared to previous years, I took it as an opportunity to grow my social media following and technological appeal. I expanded to platforms such as Tik Tok and twitter, reaching people outside of my traditional market and providing services to unique and well-known clients. I was featured in magazines regarding my concierge service approach as well as my devoted marketing and real estate team.
My listings and transactions taught me a significant amount this year, but it was the amazing and credentialed clients that I serviced that made the year a memorable one. I took on global and national clients that helped to elevate my degree of service to a completely new echelon. Expanding my network to new markets served to teach me valuable lessons in the field of real estate and improved my overall quality of service for future clients.
This year also led me to many opportunities in the field of commercial real estate and future developments. Keep an eye out in 2021 for new and exciting properties coming to market, with my level of expertise and catered knowledge that will boost them to a new level.
As I mentioned earlier, 2020 might have been a challenge, but we overcame it. We took real estate to heights never imagined. I provided a level of service that was only possible thanks to my years of knowledge as well as my marketing and support team. I look forward to 2021 for new opportunities and new relationship to continue my real estate journey and further cement myself within this ever-growing field.

Most of the condominiums at the Residences are around 3,500 square feet, including 3- and 4-bedroom residences with their own beautiful terrace overlooking a lake in the middle of Miami. I bring my diverse cultural background to the table with every single property, contacting potential buyers in South America to make sure that properties get in front of the most potential buyers possible. I’ve worked with VIP clients through the Sports and Entertainment Division at Douglas Elliman and use those previous connections and experiences as the basis for creating future transactions that not only provide the utmost luxury experience, but the most professional and discreet environment
What about marketing? What do I do differently from the run of the mill agent. I not only invest resources into new and upcoming marketing techniques, but I rally my team as well as the Douglas Elliman marketing team around direct marketing tactics that are just being developed. Marketing can sometimes get lost in the clutter of the day to day, but I make it personal, making sure that every single property tells a story and showing my clients that every single property is treated like a luxury estate.
But how do I tell a story? I do it through information, knowledge, and exposure. I provide every potential buyer with the information necessary to make a transaction, understanding key points about a property that could sway a buyer who’s on the line about buying. I have years of training and knowledge of the real estate market, allowing me to stage and frame my properties in an attractive and marketable way. Most importantly, I focus on social media exposure, putting my properties in front of as many potential buyers, influencers and seasoned realtors as possible. Finally, I generate buzz with the help of my team of videographers, creating videos for every property in order to create a narrative.

I Moved from Beautiful Old Thornhill, Canada to Boca Raton 7 years ago.
I never thought I would say this but I actually miss the snow! Well, for those who really know me , as long as it looks "Crisp and White " I find it "Peaceful, Calming and Relaxing".
The move to Florida , now that I look back, was a real adventure.... What was I thinking ! We packed and moved in one month, WoW !!" Yes, the family that bought our house requested to take possession in only 30 days and we made it happen.
The hardest thing was leaving my family and friends behind. Little by little Boca Raton is now becoming my home. Luxurious estates, immaculate landscaping, palm trees and beautiful gated communities are some of the things that I get to see every day along with being so close to the ocean where you will find breathtaking views and some of the finest estate ocean properties in the world .
